Webinar on the Duty to Accommodate

Join us as the Canadian Human Rights Commission partners with the Canadian HR Reporter to present a webinar on the Duty to Accommodate:Doing the right thing, at the right time, in the right way and for the right reasons.

We will look at what the duty to accommodate means. Important concepts such as bone fide justification, bone fide occupational requirements, and undue hardship will be examined. We will also provide an overview of policies and practices required in accommodation and the roles and responsibilities of those involved.

The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for questions.
