We will look at what the duty to accommodate means. Important concepts such as bone
fide justification, bone fide occupational requirements, and undue hardship will
be examined. We will also provide an overview of policies and practices required
in accommodation and the roles and responsibilities of those involved.
The presentation will be followed by an opportunity for questions.
